To be honest, since taking vitamin D every day, and taking Quercitin and Zinc on days I felt a cold coming on, I have never been so colds & flu free in my life. Everyone around me has had Covid multiple times. Two now have heart problems and used to be very fit. All of us are over 60 years old. When requested, I did a lateral flow test, they all came up negative. Took about 40 tests overall. There were some uppity moments amongst some when they were informed I never took the vaccine. It is no longer mentioned now. Here is what I said about the "vaccine" on 3rg August 2021 "But all things considered... absolutely nfw will I be taking that vaccine voluntarily as things stand."
