Bill, Trump was told up front by the judge that a jury wouldn't be allowed in this equitable relief trial. And then he had 15 days to oppose that. Like I said, he has a long history of filing motions that have no chance of being granted. Why did he not file this particular motion, especially if he was such a fighter and believed strongly in a jury trial? Like I said, he's making shit up. It's all part of his "I'M bEiNg pErSeCuTeD fOr yOu" act. But hey, I'm sure an appeals court could easily reverse the decision, if the jury trial was unjustly denied. And if they don't, to you that's proof that the appeals court "hates Trump." Tenchusatsu
