My eventual income from the pension plan is guaranteed to be a fixed percentage of my final 3 yrs of income - but somehow that does not make me sleep easier. It can not move with me and requires 10 years to be fully vested in it. I could write my congressman but I am not a voter (resident alien) so I'm not sure he'll notice;-) Gary
