Lend-Lease really didn't help Russia that much.

The Lend-Lease program was a law enacted in 1941 to help countries fighting against the Axis powers. The Soviet Union received about 22% of the aid, with the British Commonwealth receiving about 63%.

The Soviet Union produced 119,769 tanks and self-propelled guns during World War II. This included 102,500 tanks and self-propelled guns produced during the war, and 11,576 tanks and self-propelled guns received from the USA and Great Britain.

The Soviet Union produced 157,261 aircraft during World War II, including 125,655 combat aircraft

. The USSR's annual aircraft production increased to 40,241 in 1944.
