ed,

Some of the reasons that a company will NOT set up a computer department to assemble the in house computers is that they want somebody to call when something goes wrong, and what do you do with those people that you 'hired' to do the job when it is over? The long term commitment that has to be made by the large corporation for a 'tool' that has a limited 'life expectancy', in many cases is not cost effective! This is where I see the 'box boys' to continue to make $$$. DELL has been the first to really succeed in this endeavor!

I wish them continued success!

Regards, Ken
