Scott, (edited after posting)

Sorry you feel that way. I believe I only referenced you negatively in one post, way back when, and that was out of line, and a very minor reference I might add. I don't slam folks here and never have in my 2 years on SI. As far as Mr Young and the board, well they have had their opportunity both here and in the press (still do) to make their positions known, rather than let imaginations run as they wasted our money away...there weren't many signs Novell was even trying for a while there and I still wonder. I don't mean you or techs, you know how I feel about the quality of the products, I think you know who I mean.

Instead I have focused my posts (several of which were in response to your proding) on what I believe to be serious issues surrounding Novell, and like others am waiting for "the" opportunity to get my money back.

I believe I have generally responded to you with respect, and had simply speculated your reasoning for not posting here anymore. I thought I remembered you mentioning you had a meeting on the matter and then you disappeared. Kinda obvious assumption, but I did express it as such.

Win what? Get rid of the d*m* board or sell the company. That one's simple. Goes back to the white paper.

I don't care to exchange any futher posts with you, in that we just seem to go around in circles...kinda like my money did. I wish you well, and I do believe I'll eventually break even on this stock one way or another. In the meantime I can only try and keep track of the mysterious or historically consistent problems and wait.

I am sure that I and many others here would appreciate it if you would resume your participation on this thread...but I might suggest that you leave non-technical related issues for the appropriate folks to clarify if and when they feel like it.

Good luck.

sf
