Ralph:

After posting what I said about rip-off, my paranoia about lawsuit happy people in this world caused me to think better of posting the name of the company. Big business has been known to use frivilous lawsuits to bankrupt people. I have been a criminal defense lawyer for twenty-two years and have tried everything from drunk driving to federal drug cases and murder. I have seen large corporations try to wear down little people with their far superior assets. I just don't feel like being on the receiving end of it even though I could weather the storm a little easier than most. If it's truly a scam, its presence here will be duly noted in the not too distant future.

There is one other consideration. I do not begin to claim the ability to do the finacial analysis on either a technical or fundamental basis with the likes of Pancho or Roger or some of the other minds on this thread that I consider to be sharp. But then I have never claimed to be anything other than a poor dumb street
lawyer.
