I'm still a Bush Republican. More like a Romney or Haley Republican. I can forgive you for Bush and Haley - but Romney - OMG you're nuts. I can't get onboard with the new Trump GOP. Too isolationist for my tastes. I don't see that at all - just fair trade policies - which is long overdue. As for China, I don't agree that they are the real threat now. They need us more than we need them.Remember when Japan used to be the big threat? Not the same at all - China has infiltrated our culture by controlling Hollywood and Netflix. Japan never did that, they just tried to buy us out. China has succeeded in buying the Dems, Bidens and many of the old guard Republicans again not how Japan played us back then.The thing that makes China so scary is the enormous size compared to Japan or any other nation - like a tsunami wave that just keeps growing not one single large wave.
