Somebody had to pay for the incredible military blunders in the middle east, the life long care of seriously injured vets and our incredibly expensive and huge Prison Industrial System... Wars are almost ALWAYS paid for by devaluing the currency which, of course, devalues the amount of debt owed. Putting marijuana smokers and other victimless "criminals" in jail ads to the debt and is about as stupid as it gets. A vast useless bureaucracy Republicans love more than their families.
