They are going for the jugular, appealing to unmarried woman on the safety issues regarding uncontrolled mass illegal immigration into the USA. The fact that the woman in question was abused in a time period nothing to do with Joe Bidens presidency, and not even in the USA doesn't not detract from the point made. Maybe not fair on Joe Biden, but it's politics. Masses of undocumented illegals (foreign countries emptying their jails of criminals) entering the USA is something to be concerned about.... vote Trump. That was the message intended to be sent. That is how it looks to me.
