Exercise, healthy diet, Vitamin D, Vitamin C. It's all good. I had a good friend who lives in San Diego. He believed exactly what you just said above. He worked out twice a day, ran about thirty miles a week. No preexisting medical conditions. Never took vaccines. Then he was hospitalized with COVID-19 in March of 2021 and was on a ventilator for two weeks, barely surviving. Finally over a month later was released from the hosptial. Now stuck with long COVID and permanent heart and organ damage. Only 47 years old....
