Mad Mouse--
I am from the Philadelphia region, and let me tell you, the last outfit I could see behind any campaign to destroy BAAT would be PECO. It is a hidebound, stodgy utility that, if it didn't own over half of the Commonwealth's Public Utilities Commission, would likely have been out of business when I was a kid.

Point being, PECO doesn't have the imagination for such a dastardly, well-planned and well conceived attack. I am rather surprised that PECO is involved in NG cars, actually.

But consider this: What large firm just recently invested 5.4 billion dollars in an electric car that is being test-marketed in California? Would a stake that large be motive for a campaign to crush BAAT, who not only has a better battery technology, but now has better engine technology than it does?

I propose that it would.
