I watched the video koan. The intellectual sophistication gained is of little use if it's not attached to the basics. As golfer72 pointed out, people are more easily fooled today. If you hunted bears your whole life, didn't have the internet, but were told there were white bears out there, but every bear you had seen was brown.... yes, the right answer is you would expect to find a brown bear at the North Pole. The guy talking about white bears could have easily have been bullshitting. But it was an interesting video to watch koan. Thank you. Maybe watch the first video here,,, it's only a minute or two and Tony Benn is talking to Michael Moore. It's about how non democratic entities use fear on the public.
