Koan is OK, his bio indicates he has worked in some capacity as an administrator. Always easy to point out an imperfection in a system or situation, a bit harder to run a system defect free, especially when people are involved. I follow Ivor Cummings, he is good at management stuff. I would have to talk to Qnone probably to understand what is going on here.
