John,

Don't think the weather will be the issue in Florida. El Nino has clobbered California, but Florida has come out in pretty good shape. Was one of the least active hurricane seasons on record.

Turned out the sale ongoing at the Sawgrass location I had heard about from my sister was not actually specific for sawgrass, but for all Mills RAIN locations apparently, so the marketing toward getting retail on the proper grounds is starting...make the outlet mall locations' prices a bit cheaper than other stores.

Disney continues to roll, and disney II isn't far away at this point. Aventura looks to be gradually improving, so we'll see a place with improved numbers in the second year rather than a sophomore hex(for reasons explained in previous posts). I'll be particularly curious to see what happens at Sawgrass.

Sure looks like there is new support in the upper 13s to low 14s right now, and any significant news could really add here. Gradual news of new openings has been filtering out...Houston, Montreal, other Canada locations, etc., and animal Kingdom park is upcoming.

off-topic..hope all is going well with you, John ...haven't been as active on the computer lately secondary to having lots of things on the plate right now, but I haven't forgotten the home team.

Regards,

Marshall
