Muammar Gaddafi and Libya, plus some other countries would disagree. You are living in cloud cuckoo land koan. NATO is the muscle man for these guys. And the Russians (not just Putin) are right to be concerned about Nato's actions. If Putin is not there, it's quite possible someone worse would replace him. The Russians are a dangerous set of people where military situations are considered, I would agree with that. The ex UK prime minister Bozo Johnson was not the guy to sort Ukraine out.
