That January 2020 law that mandates PV's on the roofs of new residential property construction. They will get paid back in spades in the long run! ETC Yeah California's environmental laws going way back to the early 1960's with implementation of PCV's on car engines cleaned up the oily, dark streak down the middle of roads (crankcase blowby emissions) re-injected into the base of your carburetor. Oh the pain of emission controls. :) (actually made ICE's much more efficient and cleaner burning just a few years later!) E
