Bernard,

I think the following two sentences in the MSNBC article are important, because they vindicate my premise that LMDS is primarily a BUSINESS service for urban areas. Your argument that LMDS will primarily be used by yuppies at home is way off base.

"[LMDS] is going to be primarily a business, local telecom concern" says Daniel Ernst, a consultant with the Strategis Group, with voice and data/Internet connectivity the leading applications.

ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿLMDS is a "point-to-multipoint" technology that sends signals from hub transmitters to stationary 6-inch square antennas at each subscriber's home or office. The signals only travel 1.5 to 3 miles, and antennas must be within a hub's "line of sight" to pick them up, so LMDS is most likely to thrive in crowded urban areas rather than in rural markets.

James -

Thanks for that article. It at least renews my faith that we have a viable vehicle with CVUS. I was starting to question what was going on here.

Just some interesting #'s to ponder.
Date Close Change VOLUME
1/20 7 5/16 + 1 5/16 170,000+
1/21 8 + 11/16 117,000+

Less than 300k shares and the stock is up 2. Yesterday's volume was over 1.2 mil and look at the action....Now to figure out what it all means....

Regards...
