Further, why 600k shares traded? I am assuming these are big players coming in but it is a guess. As to Nancy Mohler, I have been following her and other management figures at QDEK for a long time. I was hoping Syncronys would lure her over. Damn music to my ears. Hope this doesn't sound like hype, but she "will serve us well." Wasn't that in star wars dialog somewhere?

Quarterdeck was on the verge of collapse and Syncronys picked up one of the casualties. Once one is onboard, it's often the case that others will follow. I wouldn't necessarily interpret the need for employment as anything more than the need for employment and furthermore you would be well advised to review the track record of Quarterdeck during their tenure. One of the first things a company does to recover after things have gone terrible awry is to clean house and we've clearly seen that in the case of Quarterdeck -- an extremely risky investment in its own right.
