I was interested in Syquest for more than two years. These messages of new investment rounds came about every three or four month. They indicate that they are losing money, nothing else. Fortunately Michael Coley opened my eyes (already one year ago) and I could get out during the last spike. When I bought my first syquest shares at 5.3$ there were 11 mill. shares outstanding. What can you expect for the future? more than 150 million shares!!! Meanwhile I recognized that there are much more secure investment possiblities out there. Don't waste your money with syquest. Ralph
