Amigo Mike H. two pay sites that have insider and institutional info are: thomsoninvest.net www.stocksmart.com These are both pay sites as you know but are worth the nominal cost. I don't know what's up with BSTC but it is trading with higher avg. vol. Looks like news is expected. Just curious, are you in NRL or DHI ? Sergio

Mike - Thanks for the comeback. Lawsuits are inevitable and the Reg S aspect is a concern. After reading over the annual and seeing what appears to be several sorts of warrants with various prices and exercise dates and looking at the chart for SOLRW being flat for so long it sure seems as though the warrants are not the best play without some very good news. The stock may be a better bet. What attracted me to the stock was the slight increase in earnings and the 52 week H/L as listed in Barron's. Perhaps this stock belongs on the "checklist" for a quarter or two and to monitor the lawsuit. It sure isn't a perfect world; back to lurking!
