Without IC's from the West none of this stuff would get off the ground.
All of the silicon that powers Iran's Shahed drones are parts that can be purchased "off the shelf." Same with RuZZia's Lancets.

I keep hearing from the mainstream media that RuZZia has been "cut off" from the latest computer chips from the West, and that's going to have a significant impact on their economy and their military.

Surprise surprise, if the decades-old embargo against Iran isn't stopping Iran's military industrial complex, neither will sanctions against RuZZia.
