Don Lemon Attempted To Shake Down Elon Musk For A Cybertruck Before Getting Fired

by Tyler Durden

Saturday, Mar 16, 2024 - 05:05 AM

Elon Musk gave fired CNN propagandist Don Lemon an opportunity on the X platform to expand fair and balanced news coverage, and the hopelessly delusional spoiled brat blew the new X gig on the first interview. Musk fired Lemon over a "dull" and "underwhelming interview with him...

"Instead of it being the real Don Lemon, it was really just Jeff Zucker talking through Don, so lacked authenticity," Musk wrote on X.

Why Elon decided to hire Lemon is beyond comprehension, considering the hack had awful ratings at CNN and was nothing more (and still is) a Deep State talking head.

According to documents obtained by the New York Post, Lemon attempted to shake down the billionaire in contract talks for his new X show.

The report stated, "The ex-CNN anchor sent over an astronomical wish list to Elon Musk during contract talks to host a show on the billionaire's social media platform X – including a free Tesla Cybertruck, a $5 million upfront payment on top of an $8 million salary, an equity stake in the multibillion-dollar company, and the right to approve any changes in X policy as it relates to news content."

Lemon's agents at United Talent Agency sent X's leadership the contract proposal in December for review.

A source knowledgeable about the situation said Lemon also demanded a private jet flight to Las Vegas, a suite for him and his fiance. They also noted Lemon requested X cover day drinking tabs and fancy massages.

Even with X announcing the partnership with Lemon in January, an X spokesperson said the company "did not have a final or signed agreement with Don Lemon or 'The Don Lemon Show'" before the interview last week.

And, of course, Jay Sures, vice chairman at United Talent Agency, called Lemon's list of demands "utter nonsense."

Lemon is a loser.

Our thoughts about Lemon vibe with what a majority of X users are saying:
