I still only hear good things about MAGN. I think everything is on track, and if this is true, then the current price is very low.

TRowePrice is buying Magainin in the New Horizons fund.

I know I've said it every year for the last 5 years, but I think things are looking good.

I'm not sure about insider buying, though. As you said, it may have been exercising options. Insider buying and selling doesn't mean as much to me as it does to others. Most of these biotechs pay management/employees in stock and they sometimes need to pay bills. I wouldn't be surprised if the confidence in the company leads insiders to buy, but I've seen that before and the company didn't always make it.

Howdy MAGN : new here.Just passing on some articles about Magainin that I ran across researching this company. Will read the thread and go over finance so I'll stay in the background- They were from "The Medicine Man" weekly article in PR News:

Since I'm new to the company after you read them , would you comment as to the accuracy of his report (esp on expectation of filing for a New Drug Application of "on the positive results of the two Phase III clinical trials of Cytolex)---meanwhile I'll read the posts here
