Mr. Omnichrome,

I am not sure even if the .11 EPS statement is definitive myself. And, yes, it will be very interesting to find out HOW they arrived at this.

However, what will catch the new money into this stock will be the .11 figure. There are alot of people sitting on the fence with this stock at the moment. Not everyone will be as keen as you are to want to know HOW the company arrived at the .11 figure.

I kind of feel like this stock will soon turn into a momentum play with more rapid appreciation than I was first expecting, and indeed, if everything is co-pathetic (sp?) with the accounting methods and it is deemed the company is growing value then the stock could be a nice longer-term holding.

I am patient, but not including this stock in my portfolio of long-term holdings.

Jane

I have never seen so many synics in one place. Being
vigilant and prudent is one thing but questioning a company president
who has been participating in conference calls and authorizing press
releases quoting his repeated .11 per share statements
to the level that has been done on this board is beyond belief.
He said there would be a press release and there was. He is not
Clinton, you don't need to analyze the context of every sentence
in the press release. How about a smidgen of good faith for
old IRA. He has done everything asked of him so far. How about
an acknowledgement of that.

Omnichrome, I think the "corporate hirarchy" thing simple meant that
the release would show what revenues were coming from what divisions
so that we could see the complete breakdown of what was made where
and and what profit margins since these are the things that people
have been attacking. This release that is coming should give us a
window into the company that we can probably make use of to make some
future projections of our own.

I think the key though is that Ira realizes it isn't enough to say
.11 EPS without providing us at least a financial statement so we
can see that the numbers actually add up. Then it simply becomes an
issue of whether or not we believe the unaudited numbers instead of
a question of whether the EPS is before or after taxes, etc.

And yes, it's good to have a reminder to "Be careful out there"!! ;-)
