Todd D.: Thanks for the input. Still holding but will hold off buying more for now! From TA perspective, stock looks tired and has broken short term uptrend...didn't like close below 37 and now looks like support at 35 1/2 area on closing basis. I'm sure the debentures offering has impacted the stock short term. Company vision and fundamentals look sound...but company has to project more business acutity and more frequent update/information to insure stockholders don't get into another impatient situation! (E.g., I'm sure many stockholders wondering what's happening to the Avakine partnership venture!!!) FNS
