funny, when it first came out, the tone wasn't wait and see. It wasn't we'll have to wait and see how it all plays out. There was no feeling that fed ex might be trying to play one off against the other when people here went gaga over the vaporware deal. But now, after the trial is DONE, OVER, and CLOSED, and the final decision is made, it's 'wait and see'. I almost forgot Charles. Fed EX dumps sunw and java for hwp and msft nt ==>> bullish for sunw!! PS: charles, I hate to use the d word (denial) but...
