Dennis...Much more reasonable analysis. Your 75% upside is in line with my thinking. Regarding TA, I know just enough to be dangerous. The last 3 months of chart action defies analysis IMO.

The low tax status of Radica makes a huge difference in a buyout in a year by a US toy company

I don't know much about tax law at all. But I do know that even if Radica is bought by a US company they will still maintain some tax advantages ny being overseas. The true worth of Radica is probably somewheres in between. But you have done as good a job as can be done without so much as a balance sheet or growth history to aid you.
