Well, back to reality from the sunny south to snowing this morning, jeez (lol).
I see I purchased UNM in the fall of 2022 so I'm OK with that plus the 10% dividend hike and corp buy backs over that period.
Hopefully it will close the DCF valuation gap as we go forward. It's a comfortable stock for me to hold.

Unum Group's Board of Directors Votes to Increase Common Stock Dividend

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., April 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) announced today its board of directors has authorized an increase of 15 percent in the quarterly dividend paid on its common stock. The new rate of 42 cents per common share, or $1.68 per share on an annual basis, will be effective with the dividend expected to be paid in the third quarter of 2024.
