Hi sm1th,

That's true.

Unless you time the sells in a downward market during a dip.

That's why I used CLX studies to help in confirming we're in a dip.

Don Wolanchuck teaches CLX studies and a derivative of that is a condition called "Bottomspotter".

I often found I had sold and then in a dip I was under water or could have really picked a greater premium in the dips.

I'm not sure how it works for you, but a guy can run out of money, if he doesn't buy during bottoms or dips.

Do you ever think you get too many assignments?

Don and a group discuss the CLX daily over on the Crystal Ball Forum, in a section called "Wollie World".

cbforum.com/context/main/wollieworld/msgindex.htm

I found it helpful.

At any rate it is good to see you posting and collecting some premium.

I think it is a great way to accelerate income when added to receiving some dividends.

Hope that helps.

Bob
