Northam, How about we *fAlSeLy* accuse you of overstating the value of your home There's nothing *fAlSe* about what Trump is accused of. He DID overstate the value of his properties. He DID lie about basic objective facts about his properties, such as square footage and the number of floors. None of those facts are in dispute. The question is whether it was legal for Trump to do that. The courts already said no. Not in the state of NY. Tenchusatsu P.S. - None of this pertains to the 8th amendment, because you can't even agree about whether Trump is guilty of anything.
