I would say that if I were a true Graham investor and follower, I should be reducing my stock positions quite a bit given that we're at record stock prices for so many stocks/indices. Currently I'm only slightly over 20% cash.

I just can't seem to stop looking around for possibilities, whether new positions or adds to positions where I might be ok increasing positions.

I'm making some very small adds or small new buys. No confidence or conviction to commit big in anything new that I see or that I already own.

Here's where I've been buying past couple of days:

For dividend payers: net-lease reit ADC finance.yahoo.com. LNG shipper FLNG. finance.yahoo.com

Canadian oil/gas CNQ as it moves up. finance.yahoo.com

Liquor co. Brown-Forman as it hits 12-mo lows. finance.yahoo.com

Apple AAPL. Gov't lawsuit will take year or years to resolve. Tiny bet here (add to position) that stock recovers.

QQQE. Bet that Nasdaq 100 continues up.

Aircraft lesser AER. Tiny bet that passenger demand increases and there's a shortage of Boeing planes for that. AER business "should" be more secure. Otoh, good news maybe is already in the stock - it's at 12-mo high. finance.yahoo.com.

Betting on continued infrastructure buildup. Starting few shares of TX. finance.yahoo.com.
Some luck with infrastructure plays, e.g. rental leasing, building products. I'll step up for just a few shares of
ATKR here. Stock at 12-mo high might already be at fair value though. finance.yahoo.com. Also start a few shares of CRH, an Irish-based building materials company recently listed on NYSE. At 12-mo high. Multiple is high, but not as high as some US-based building material companies. (To base buy on CRH possibly/eventually achieving parity (a higher p/e) is a poor reason for buying the stock. But there I am.)

Roche. I'll go for a few shares at current price and 12-mo low. finance.yahoo.com

PRGO. Mentioned before. Small add. finance.yahoo.com

Really missed the housing boom. This cycle I sold too soon. Previous cycle "Burry era" I held too long.
Only have held on to a few shares of NVR, selling all the others in my basket. Reenter for another possible chance with CCS now, for a few shares. finance.yahoo.com

GRVY. Maybe with new Chinese introductions, if the stock doesn't move up (eventually), maybe there's enough sales/earnings that the stock won't fall much either in worst case. Maybe.

TITN. I mentioned earlier today.
