He might like all his properties, but the Westchester Country Club course is no longer used by the PGA Tour. The PGA Tour moved away from his course which the Trump Organization renovated in Miami, but they then moved the event from the former Doral to fly to Mexico every year or every other year. If the Trumps still hold it, there are other courses besides the Blue Monster. There are the Red and White Courses that can be developed. The Fedex Cup cut back to 3 events, cutting out the New York area event, but LIV and women's events have maintained use of some of his properties.
