Environmentalism is a core part of every blue state's educational curriculum.

That's only part of it. Lucky kids in WA will be learning that in addition to Plato and Aristotle, ancient Greeks liked to bugger little boys. And the lipstick sirens of Lesbos. Maybe they could screen that X-rated flick, Caligula, to learn how the Romans found amusement..
