Good point. They last paid a dividend for the 4/29/23 quarter. The last loan covenant I found was

from Exhibit 10.46 of the last 10-K with the restrictive language starting p.121 (AFAIK). I haven't parsed through it all yet. Maybe there'll be something in the upcoming filing in the way of amendments, etc.

Yes, the time to buy back shares is when they're cheap. Makes no sense to me when they buy them back much over book, and I've been known to sell into the hype.
