IMHO the investor has a large stake in the bonds. If they appreciate
significantly the investor is a happy camper and has removed some of his risk from the table. Looks like a generous arrangement by the investor. Must be hoping for a two way decision prior to june 1.

Any thoughts from the GURU would be appreciated

Van,

The "prepayment discount of up to $27 million" sounds to me like a very generous incentive towards finding a strategic partner next week as opposed to 3 months from now. I think this would be a really good time for JA to hold another investor conference call in order to clarify our questions.

Van,

There is a feature article "Lessons Learned from Pacific Bell's Digital Wireless System" in the February 1998 edition of Private Cable & Wireless Cable magazine. It is very insightful and could explain the present delays in the launching of the Boston and Dallas systems.
