I'll consider LGND cheap when it gets back down to 5 or 6. It may happen when we bomb Iraq and then arab nations attack israel which will then provoke Israel to attack back which will then trigger us to use a nuke which in turn will cause Iraq to unleash their biological weapons and thus trigger WWIII. All this would be just fine with me if
it allows me to pick up lgnd at a discount.
