Everybody knows the truth about Trump already, except his hardcore base and you will never get them to change their mind. The Dems have been hammering that home for years now. It has become overkill. There are issues to discuss that distinguish Dems from Republicans. Why not discuss that; for that is where the Dems are losing in the polls.

I'll put it to you in another way. The AGs in NY and Georgia, along with the Justice Department have gone after Trump with a vengeance. I expected that to happen and Trump deserved it. However, it has evoked a sympathy vote for Trump. The problem I have with the Dems is that they think they can win the election by just hammering Trump in court and in the press. They are not going to win the election by solely doing that. They need to debate the issues and address the inflation surge that has caused a lot of problems for the middle class. Telling the middle class that the US economy is wonderful and resilient is an insult to the middle class, as that has not been their experience. In fact, it is a big turn off.
