I dont think it was overreaction - I think it is realism. The BNGO story is falling apart. Risky profit centers, flat growth, questionable management. Things have changed - you have to give me that at least. This is not the rip-roaring BNGO that was at 8+ and rising in October. Their story has changed. Here are my thoughts for 98: The Con's: 1. Flat growth 2. VGM's will probably be banned, but even if they aren't we wont see any growth in this area. 3. The bingo hall expansion is 2 steps forward 1 step back at best 4. NMS listing is a fantasy 5. Marginability may happen, but is by no means a lock 6. Questionable management with a weak story. The CC pretty much screamed uncertainy, hestitation, and doubt. The Pro's: 1. Strong balance sheet. 2. No competition. But why is there no competition in a business with basically no barrier to entry? What was supposed to be an opportunity to restore faith blew up in their face. -- George
