Pain is God's blessing to us. Dr. Brand, former Surgeon General has worked for several decades with those that have leprosy. The absence of pain among lepers causes unrepairable damage to feet, hands etc. They sometimes walk on broken and crippled bones, feeling no pain. They sometimes walk in fire just to show off---burning and wrecking their limbs further.
So the blessing of pain will eventually bring you great reward and blessing.
Have a good day and a God-led, God-filled, God-used recovery.
