Climbs slightly, only because he couldn't kill it completely. The inflationary results of his energy policies put a cap on his attack. If elected to a second term, he won't care a lick about prices.

Oil production is a very small % of the processes that provide fuel for the global market. How’s the Keystone pipeline going ? How about exploration & production in Alaska? How about all those new permits that 0bama's admin shutdown with their esg & green nazi pogrom ?
