Why would you even consider this thing. It is going down and wont be back IMO

This stock has lost 98% of iyts value in 2 years. It has lost 60% of its value in a week. It has lost the only two outside directors it had within months of there agreeing to join the board. It has stopped R&D on the project that bears the company's name and reason for initial investment. It has enough cash to last a couple more months (maybe). It has many other problems too numerous to mention. What would possess anyone to buy this. (Unless you are looking to wallpaper your home with the certificates.
