Mark--

and as I posted yesterday...I believe that the latest deadline to pony up for the J/L is this Saturday 2-21. This is not to say that we will not have another extension....no doubt.

Thanks Mark. The reason behind my questions is based on a couple of salient points brought out by a couple of posters. They are: the question of whether the J/L process can be patented or not, and the relationship between a Naxos insider and his fathers' investment in the J/L partnership. In 1992 Naxos paid Klondike Industries for a metallurgical process that involved a cash/share payment. I believe at least one insider/director from Naxos was also behind Klondike Ind. Baines made brownie points on that one, so I hope Naxos is making sure everything is "at-arms-length" this time around, as I'm sure it is.
