This is spot on in terms of the timing of spending: the larger companies will spend the biggest external buck sooner rather than later... they are further through the Y2K fix than we believe.

Also very many companies are taking the opportunity to replace rather than fix... revenues go to the software vendors rather than y2k vendors.
