Why ZE should care about stock price: bargaining power.

The World knows that Zenith is teetering on the brink, financially.
So if I'm a big customer (for STB's, PC add-ons, etc.), I'll offer peanuts in return,
figuring that ZE has to be grateful for whatever they can get.

If at least the share price were rising on big volume, ZE could counter:
"A lot of investors out there seem to have great confidence in us!"
and threaten to seek a more generous rival customer.
