They definitely went to far with transgender. I don't have a problem with gay marriage. They have been performing gay marriages in Judaism for well over 30 years, perhaps longer. All the women I fell in love with, including my two wives were gay before I met them. Aristotle, Plato and Socrates were gay and extremely smart. Aristotle and Socrates had children too.

I support gay rights.

Minorities have gotten screwed in this country. Close to half the people in the USA hate your guts if you don't have a white lily face and love Jesus.

I don't think minorities have overreacted.

I have given more thought to the transgender thing and I don't think it is fair for a a transgender turned woman to compete against other women.

Biden is nuts making Transgender Visibility Day on Easter.

He is basically saying Fuck You to the evangelicals.

You answered your own question (in the first sentence) as to why one should be pro choice for others regardless of one's personal beliefs: Separation of Church ( religion) from State.

Also, I want to emphasize that just because almost half of Americans do not attend regular religious services, does not mean that they don't believe in G-d and do prayer at home. One can be quite religious and not go to Church, Temple, Mosque or Cathedral. One thing has nothing to do with another. The post I made with a link to the percentage of Americans attending religious services is by no means a post in favor of atheism, agnosticism or any disrespect to G-d. Far from it.
