Both parties are pro rich, the only difference is what industries they support. Both are bought by Wall Street,
so it makes little difference. California and the East coast are traditionally Democratic, so the policies tend to be pro tech. If migration of tech from California to Texas (Austin) continue, I would not be surprised if Texas turns blue. Texas was blue once believe it or not. Many red states support free junior college (first 2 years of college). I like NY state free college program, but it’s hard to get into it. At this time it is merit based not just income based.
