Lou, you made a great post. Im glad you said it because I was going to post the same message. A share buyback isn't a panacea. It will take retail buying to drive the price up and lately we have not seen much of that at all.

You can "support" a price all you want, but it seems no one is buying except DCTC itself lately. That is not good.

Every stock price is based on supply and demand. Right now the problem is no demand.

I asked Mr. Murphy 3 times and now I will ask a 4th time. Can you please comment about the post here re: when someone called you and you mentioned a possible spot on CNBC discussing European telecomm deregulation. I know everyone is saying let management do their work and the price will follow, but it seems management is doing a good job and no one is noticing. I dont know what it takes, more roadshows, bringing individual brokers in (the price is too low for an analyst to begin following), or what.. but if the rumor of CNBC appearance is true, I would say go for it even if you have to pay money. The exposure alone would be worth more than the cost.

If we had decent volume and the price was stagnant I could live with that, but right now we have a trickle volume over the past week and the price is drifting and if you take away the affects of AGE it seems no one new is buying. Something else needs to be done to spur demand.

My opinion,
Mark
