I'm having a real hard time figuring out the outstanding shares. The January 23, 98 Value Line identifies only 326,435,775 shares outstanding as of 12/1/97, and I can bet Michael hasn't been selling Treasury shares for the last two months when the share price was deflated. So maybe the 360M number SI has is total shares including Treasury shares held by the company.
