Lisa,

I'm definitely interested in a copy of the SA article. I've got a fax now, and could email you the number if you'd rather use fax than mail. We too have been on the perpetual sick around here, one of us always seems to have the crud. Gee, good timing on the Big Sur visit, not too accessible these days, except by helicopter. How'd you like to go visit there and then have to abandon your car there indefinitely and get helicoptered out - YOW!

"pepeline", maybe we need a new thread on the topic, would make a good name for an expose talkshow too, especially given the quality of media coverage these days. Would be a great name for a show focused totally on Bill and Monica and ???????

Lwd,
I now subscribe to both mags ( Iam building magazine piles) and will read with interest. GZTC has been running the milk mustache adds which I think are great. I have continued to sour on AFFX although I still hold a small position in my PA. The alternative technologies have the edge IMO for medium and low density requirements.
I would buy a position in SEPR at 37 or better. If you get lucky you could get a downdraft to 35.

Lisa, I was going to say "thanks for the heads up" on the Sci Am and Nature Biotechnology articles, but with the Rocket et al. around who knows what they'll make of it. In any case, thanks for pointing those articles. I had gone over the Nature Bio January issue too quickly, and did not dwell on that article; will revisit.

On Sepracor, I did nibble some last week at around 37 or so. Not a "truck backing" by any means. I still kick myself when 6 or so months ago the choice was between SEPR at 22+ and XOMA at 6+, and went for the latter. Oh well.
